Ingredients
  

Fruit Base:

  • 2 fresh mangoes peeled and cubed (~300g) or 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 small frozen banana ~50g (or ½ large banana)

Liquid & Creaminess:

  • ½ cup milk 120ml (dairy or dairy-free)
  • ½ cup yogurt 120ml (dairy or dairy-free)

Instructions
 

  • Prep the fruit: Peel and cube mangoes if using fresh. Slice banana.
  • Blend: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  • Mix until smooth: Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, using the tamper if needed.
  • Adjust consistency: Add a splash more milk if too thick.
  • Serve immediately: Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use all frozen fruit. Add spinach or protein powder for extra nutrition without altering flavor.
